Bilateral Project Collaborative writing of technical texts

The TAP project.

Welcome to the blog of the Trans-Atlantic Project 2013 (bilateral writing Project).  This is a space for students and instructors of technical writing at UPC-Vilanova and NDSU to share their bilateral writing projects. Engineering students from both universities will collaborate to write a set of instructions which will be tested for usability and revised. The Project aims at replicating a real-life profesional situation which involves international collaboration and the use of different technologies to produce technical documents.

This Project is part of the Trans-Atlantic Project which, for over 13 years, has involved multiple partnerships between US and European universities in writing, editing and translation projects, with the aim of helping students cope with the demands of producing multilingual technical documentation in professional settings.
